Google recently changed their Contacts API terms of service to block services from importing Google Contacts that don’t allow the same open API for exporting contacts. Facebook was the biggest app that came under that criteria which in turn led blocking Facebook from Google’s Contacts API.
Google Instant Previews: The Next Step In Instant Search
Google has released a new instant search feature for Google Instant, called Previews. Google Instant Previews opens a little pop-up right next to the result to preview what is in the page without leaving the search results page.

Amazon To Add Diapers.com To It’s Arsenal Of E-Commerce Hubs
Amazon is rumored to announce it’s latest e-commerce acquisition, Quidsi. Quidsi is the company behind Diapers.com, Soap.com and the most recent BeautyBar.com. Amazon is reported to buy the whole lot for a cash price of a whopping $540 million. The last big money acqisition for Amazon was the infamous $1.2 billion for Zappos.com.
