Tech Boost For Mac: Mac Super Wi-Fi

The latest Mac computers from the house of Apple will have the superfast wireless; this rumor is now near to be confirmed after the release of OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.4 beta in the hands of the developers. According to reports from 9to5mac the codes for the Wi-Fi framework of the OS are totally new than its previous version in OS X 10.8.3, which is now running successfully in the market. The Wi-Fi framework for the latest OS is 802.11ac Gigabit, which is a significant improvement over the previous version and promises more speedy connection.

According to the last reports, Apple was working with the chipmaker Broadcom on the production of 802.11ac chips for quite some time now. As per the press release from Broadcom the 5th generation of wireless standards is more vigorous than the present technology used in the Apple products, and these chipsets offer better speed and extended range of Wi-Fi.

It is to be noted, that apple will not be the first player in the market to come up with the super first Wi-Fi of the 5th generation, Asus is already there. Asus have rolled out their latest gaming notebook empowered with the speedy Wi-Fi technology in the last summer and is operating nicely in the market. So once the latest OS for Mac with super first Wi-Fi come out it is sure to be compared with the existing player and there can be even additions in the number of competitors. Apple has missed the chance to pioneer the latest Wi-Fi technology as Asus has already stolen the show, but they are surely going to be the first company to introduce 5G Wi-Fi on a broad scale.

The good news is the 802.11ac standard Wi-Fi will enable users to watch High Definition videos from more than one device and more than one sources simultaneously and in a seamless way. It is only the better and improved service that consumers can expect for. A technological boost is due with the Mac Notebook, and the reports somehow confirm the rumors, but it is yet to see if finally Apple can make it to roll out the technology commercially.
