Stan Lee- ‘Marvel Will Make The Inhumans’

It is common knowledge that Stan Lee has been dubbed ‘grandfather of the Marvel comics’. He is the genius who started it all- Spider-Man, Avengers, X-men etc. He still features in many of the Marvel movies for cameos. Currenly, he isn’t part of the primary creative brain at Marvel Studios. Joss Whedon, Kevin Feige are part of the creative team. So, any comments about Inhumans, Doctor Strange and Black panther should not be taken very seriously.

Having said that, Stan Lee is definitely more likely to have any inside information of the company, after all it was his brainchild. Marvel’s projects are generally very secretive about their unannounced ones.

“Marvel is going to do Black Panther. They are going to utilize Doctor Strange or maybe Ant-Man. They might end up doing Guardians of Galaxy or even Inhumans”, Stan Lee said.

All of us know that Guardians of The Galaxy and Ant-Man are currently being shot. The shooting of ‘Guardians’ has almost finished. Wright is looking to get ‘Hank Pym’ and co. into the cinemas by 2015. Black Panther and Doctor Strange are not officially confirmed. If one is to believe the chatter about them, it would make one believe that they would be a part of Phase three or some future plan.

The Inhumans plot is thus: The characters are a group of genetically modified humans who have been given incredible powers from a vapour called Terrigen Mists. The characters are created by Lee and Jack Kirby.

The line-up includes some big names like Black Bold, Karnak and Medusa. The chances of these ending up on the screens are pretty high, but nothing official has been confirmed yet.
