PS4 To Be Launched In 32 Different Countries

Sony has officially declared that PlayStation 4 (PS4) will be launched at the end of the year, in 32 different countries. The countries, in which PlayStation 4 would be launched include: Canada, United States, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Mexico, Denmark, Finland, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, El Salvador, Guatemala, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, and Peru. It is expected to out in the United States on the 15th of November for $399. It is expected to be  £349 in the United Kingdom and in Europe on November 29(release date) for €399.

However, for the other countries, no precise timing was provided. The TGS conference is billed to be held sometime next month. It is believed that the announcements in Japan are kept on hold, due to the conference. PS4 is touted to have 15 lisenced games at its launch. Mark Cerny, PS4’s architect believes that this has been the best launch line up in the history of Sony products. Around 180 games are being developed by game designers and coders. They ensure that the hardware has the ability to match their requirements. The console is expected to be on sale for 10 more countires in South America, making it 32 countries by the end of the month. “Our competitiors have shifter their ideas and changed their style. But, we have remained steady in maintaining our tactics. PS4 is unbiased and delivers exactly what our consumers need”, says Cerny.
