Apple is currently working on the issue of iMessage sending failure in iOS 7; reports of The Wall Street Journal state- “We are aware of an issue that affects a fraction of a percent of our iMessage users, and we will have a fix available in an upcoming software update,” Apple said in a statement. “In the meantime, we encourage any users having problems to reference our troubleshooting documents or contact AppleCare to help resolve their issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes impacted users.”
Since the release of iOS 7 users were complaining about many issues, and one of them is related to the sending and receiving of iMessages. Some people are complaining about multi-day outages on their devices. Apple System status page took it seriously and stated that this fault is something more than a simple service problem.
Yesterday, MacRumors reported that according to some users the simple action of turning their iOS devices on and off has fixed their problems but others are claiming it as just a rumor, as it does not solve their problem.
