Obama Administration has rejected the ban of International Trade Commission on Apple’s older model phones and tablets.
During 2011, Samsung filed a petition against Apple along ITC for violating the patent of Samsung. Since the patent is important for the standards of Industry, even ITC supported for the ban of Apple’s iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3, iPhone 4, iPad 3G, and iPad 2 3G.
It was reported that the ban was blocked by the President. The decisions regarding the patents mostly do affect the US economics.
Michael Froman, representative of US Trade said that the ban on Apple will affect the right of Samsung for its patent. Its patent includes the information of CDMA networks. He also warned ITC for careful watch before it support for ban of patents. He said that Samsung can seek for a solution against Apple before the court.
