Zynga is in news recently about the mistake it has made, which lead to embarrassment than the Mattrick saga.
Kotaku reported that Zynga has accidentally appointed a person to be in charge for the customer support on its Coasterville game. It has been said that Zynga told its players to mail at @themepark.com for any help.
Unfortunately, it was noticed that the mail address which was given is not owned by Zynga, said Eric Mueller.
Mueller tried to inform Zynga of its mistake, but was met with no response. So, he did what someone might have done in the same situation. He answered the emails with outlandish responses.
Some of Muller’s solutions includes were lying a hockey jersey across the keyboard, clicking really slowly, and spamming Facebook friends with the phrase “I love brown bears, folding chairs, and little curly hairs.” We don’t know how many people legitimately tried this advice, but I like to think it was, again, all of them.
Zynga ended the fun as soon as it caught wind of the situation, which to be fair, would have been immediately if its employees were paying any attention at all.
