Xbox One sign-in problems have reportedly been taken care of and have been resolved. Although, users may have to restart their consoles to access the Xbox Live. After five hours from the first mention of the problem, Microsoft believes it has resolved the matter.
“Were you experiencing problems signing in to Xbox Live? We are very happy to mention that our team has fixed the matter and the Live service is ready and waiting,” the Xbox Live grievance status homepage notes.
It also mentioned in how to reboot the system and take care of it. The page mentioned, “If you’re experiencing any lingering problems, attempt a cold reboot of your Xbox by following these steps: powering down, unplugging, waiting 10 seconds, plugging back in and powering back on. Thanks for all of your patience while our team was working.”
