Microsoft’s Xbox one was discussed regarding its new features such as smiling avatars and controllers, which recognizes owners.
The panel was moderated by Major Nelson and it had Ken Lobb, Microsoft creative director, Turn 10′s Dan Greenwalt, Dead Rising 3′s Josh Bridge, Microsoft Studio’s Justin Robey, and Rare’s Nick Burton .
Lobb has showcased his Project Upload which recorded the important portions of Killer Instinct at EVO and also casted how Xbox one controller recognizes its owner through its Kinect’s camera.
Each has explained different aspect of the game. Greenwalt explained about the motor in controller. Josh Bridge showed off the game features like physics driven glass shards and Dobey gave an outlook of Microsoft’s Smartglass features. Rare explained about the latest technology and Nick Burton spoke regarding the improvement of fidelity feature.
Facial expression and hand gestures have an important role in the game and technical teams are working on it. Rare is on his way on shooting the game which uses the hand and eye position of a player rather than the light gun.
Xbox One is expected to be released by the summer.
