Vin Diesel will be shortly back on screen. He recently signed up for a Sci-fi Movie Soldiers of the Sun with writer Arash Amel.
This Sci-fi franchise is based on apocalyptic future where the world has been attacked by Orcs, race of aliens. The movie will be focussed on team of soldiers in Mexico fighting off alien forces who go on a side mission in search for a fabled city of gold. The project will be produced by Universal Pictures along with Samantha Vincent and Lorenzo di Bonaventura.
Diesel Datebook is already cropped up with lots of Movies on board like Riddick, The Machine and soon to start The Fast and Furious 7. We hope his attempt to launch his own original sci-fi franchise will be successful and not like a flop show as with Will Smith’s After Earth.
