Users Can Now Cancel Pre-Orders on Their Own, Thanks to Steam

Pre-ordering games you are very excited about does make sense, but sometimes you get suspicious that a game may not prove to be any sensible and you wish you should have placed that order. And changing your mind used to be a bit of a process on Steam, since cancelling pre-orders needed to go through the service’s network. But now this problem has likely reduced as Steam users have reported a “Refund an item” button that displays on a user’s store transactions page.

So this will really shorten up the process. Shortening dealing processes will invariably be a welcome move, and it’s nice to see that individuals will manage their Steam shopping with quite less problems now.
