According to the report by The Office of Science and Technology policy, Nicole Wong, former twitter’s lawyer joined White house under the administration of Barack Obama as Deputy Chief Technology Officer. She was reported to be the White House’s first privacy officer.
Wong, who worked as a vice president and deputy general counsel at Google prior to working at Twitter, tweeted about the change on Thursday after saying goodbye to her Twitter colleagues on Wednesday. The Silicon Valley attorney has more than a decade of experience in copyright and privacy law.
