Though the release date for Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 hasn’t been announced yet, it’s already reached the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The Mega has LTE and HSPA+ radios, but this version of the device (I9200) only has the latter, as the I9205 version is the device with LTE.
The device will most probably not make it to the stateside, but it will be compatible with AT&T’s HSPA+ bands. It also has a 720p HD screen, an 8MP camera with LED flash, 8/15 GB storage with 1.5GB RAM and it weighs 7.02 oz. It hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it’s expected to release in May.
