Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall With 6 Nominations – Emerged As A Favorite Of Critic Awards, E3 2013

The debut title of Respawn Entertainment, Titanfall has enabled itself to emerge as one of the favorites in the nominations. These nominations are for the Critic Awards of E3 2013. Titanfalls has created new records for Critic Awards of the game. This has been achieved by scoring almost six nominations. This was pleasing for Pat, in the case if you have been wondering about it. Every device and the game that has been present on the show floor of the game, has eligibility for the nomination.

Bungie’s Destiny had also followed Titanfall along with Watch Dogs by Ubisoft Montreal. Each one of them has scored almost five nods. All of them have running for Show Category of coveted best. This has been with PlayStation 4 and Oculus Rift HD. The Xbox One has scored a nomination in the category in the best hardware. Microsoft has also taken the top spot in terms of games. Most of the Xbox 360 titles have been nominated for the awards and are 37 in number.

PC and Xbox One had also followed 34 titles. On the other hand PlayStation 4 had followed it with 33 in number. PlayStation 3 counted 32 titles in number while Wii was trailed with the titles that were 13 in number. There are numerous games that have managed to get two nminations. The Elder Scrolls Online and Battlefield 4 had managed themselves with three nominations. EA has also led this pack along with 16 nominations. Sony stands second in the place along with ten. Activision has taken seven while Ubisoft took eight.

The Bioshock infinite was the big winner in 2011 and ‘The Last of Us took home a slew awards’ did not have their results tied up in the post launch of the critical acclaim. The fast facts of the nominee of the year 2013 had multiple nominations of the games. Titanfall had six nominations in it while Watch Dogs and destiny had five nominations. There were many in the list of two nominations like Batman: Arkham Origins, Fantasia: Music Evolved, PlayStation 4, Total War: Rome II, Rain and many others.
