According to CVG, PS4’s new FAQ clearly gives a detailed explanation about the console’s digital policies. This gives users the freedom to access any PS4 console that are not their own.
A single PSN account can be active on only two consoles at once: the user’s primary console and one other while each PSN account will be tied to a primary PS4 console.
The rules also are valid to Play Station plus. The console launches on November 29 in Europe and Australia while on November 15th in the US.
