Plants Vs Zombies Adventures (for Facebook) is closely related and similar to the original strategy game. It’s been described as a “highly accessible, zombie-zapping adaptation of the original game designed specifically for Facebook”.
According to the official PR, Plants Vs Zombies Adventures “will take players beyond the confines of the backyard.” It’s going to take players on quests, road-trips, and they have to defeat every zombie that comes their way. “Players will also be able to send hordes of zombies to their Facebook friends.” Players can also look forward to “new zombie and plant types, new ways of obtaining, cultivating and deploying plant defenses, and leaderboards”.
Plants Vs Zombies Adventures has actually been in Beta-mode since March, and the game will officially be launched on May 20. On the other hand, Plants Vs Zombies 2 will release in July.
