New Google Code Released, Enables Developers To Integrate iOS Apps With Chrome

A new Google code has been released that enables a few new functions, such as Gmail’s ability to open the links directly in Chrome (on iOS), which had made quite a few people envious.

By having access to the OpenInChromeController class(with x-callback), developers can make it so that InApp links open in Chrome, and it let’s you return to the app with just a back button. They also have the option to choose whether the link opens in the Mountain View browser. All that is needed, is that the app should be installed on the device. You can check out the details and the code on the Google Developer’s Page.
