‘ Lore ’ Has Found A New Director

The Rock is cooking up a comic novel adaptation, ‘Lore’. This is among the many projects which he is a part of. Moviegoers would love the fact that Dwayne Johnson is a part of a movie, after a long back. Initially, it was touted that Barry Sonnenfield would direct the movie, but he couldn’t come to terms with the given budget and backed out. The search for the director of Dwayne Johnson’s Lore has ended and newcomer David Green is expected to direct the movie.

He has worked in many short films and one commercial film to his credit, -‘Echo’. The movie was about teenagers who were receiving weird text messages from a construction site. The movie is set to release next year.

Lore is an adapted version from the IDW comic book. It follows a secret group of shepherds who maintain a distance from monsters. There is a fine line which is maintained between the monsters and their group. This is to ensure that the beast don’t enter into our world and cause pandemonium. Despite utmost care and protection, a young woman breaks the line and she takes the responsibility to stop the monster- ‘Geddon’.

The script was adapted by Cory Goodman and Jeremy Lott. It was initially written by Ashely Wood, Robbie Robbins’ and T.P. Louise’s work. Indeed, the cast and crew resembles most of

those in the MIB series, The production of the movie has been at a snail’s pace and has struggled in the development stages for years. However, it seems the movie has finally meandered its way through. With the presence of a new director, the movie would have a fresh take and viewpoint. We believe that the movie is as good as it is made out to be.
