Miami Heat’s LeBron James had a rough night against the Oklahoma City Thunders on Thursday, after he was sent to the locker room for spilling blood in the fourth quarter.
With less than six minutes on the clock, James split two defenders while going for the basket and converted with a huge dunk. After he took the shot he stayed down as he was bleeding onto the court. Trainers then escorted James for further examinations.
James had managed to score 33 points and seven rebounds, which ultimately helped his side for a 103-81 victory over Thunder, despite Heat’s key player’s absence for the remaining play.
Spo on @KingJames’ status (nose): “He’s got a swollen nose right now. It’s sore. We’ll reevaluate him when we get back to Miami.”
