Since late Dr. Jerry Buss left, the LA Lakers has been busy figuring out how to move ahead in his absence. Its a tough time for his children, Jim and Jeanie, who find themselves in state of turbulence since their father died.
It was Dr. Buss only who convinced Bryant to stay after he was a free agent back in 2004 and when he wanted to trade in 2007. Bryant feels the void that has been created after him is very hard to fill, but it’s now the responsibility of Leadership of team to look after this. Though his children Jim and Jeanie will continue with the team as tradition, but it’ll be a great change at the grassroot level for the LA Lakers.
