Google Cars Roll Out To Capture Street View In Cambodia

As a drive to expand Street View in Southeast Asia, Google is starting out its Camera-equipped cars in Cambodia as 51st entry in the list.

Google is getting proper assistance in this from Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia, the APSARA Authority (ANA), and the Phnom Penh Municipality to make the program happen.

Cars will first capture the capital city of Phnom Penh with other cities, town and areas of interest to be added subsequently over the years. While Google is keen to add the historic Angkor Vat site with a trek team dispatched to capture the exotic beauty of temple, and panoramic views of temple are soon expected to be added just like Mount Fuji added few days back.
