Goggle glass is not only a unique material for the costumers but it also have a great advantages in businesses. Gartner have firmly made an estimation that using Goggle glass and similar products company can save approx. $1 billion within three to five years.
It has a great advantage in many fields like Health department, technical repair and industrial manufacturing. Google glass providing hands-free access to the Internet, cameras, conferencing and phone calls, plus something called “augmented reality” will be a big help to people who work in jobs that take them outside of the office, Gartner says.
“The greatest savings in field service will come from diagnosing and fixing problems more quickly and without needing to bring additional experts to remote sites,” Angela McIntyre, research director at Gartner, said in a press release.
Current stats tells that there is less than 1% company using Google glass but the prediction is made that within 5 years or so, the these products will be used by 10% of companies with field service workers.
