Flash Based PS3 is up for sale in the United States, according to Sony. The price has been set at $199. With 12 GB of flash storage, Sony expects customers to throng for the product and to make things easier, it is now available for sale in Sony’s US online store. Last week, it went on sale in Canada and saw a huge response for the customers.
Apart from a 2.5- inch flash drive, the product features a Blu-ray player, a controller (wireless) and 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi. It is the lowest priced PlayStation 3 console. Earlier, The same console had also released in Europe. At that point of time, Sony didn’t have any plans of making the PlayStation 3 available in North America.
Another one is expected to be out by the end of this year, keeping fans of PlayStation on their toes. It is rumored that Sony would charge $399 for a PlayStation 4 in the US, and they plan to release it during the holiday shopping time in both US and Europe.
