Late 2013 we received a requirement for a financial management system with many complex workflows for a medium scale micro-finance organization. Webmuch has never been in the business of re-inventing the wheel so we searched for an open source alternative to customize for them. Their requirement led us to believe that their workflows we in-fact very unique and did actually make a difference in their returns and fraud detection. They wanted to keep accountability information also in the system.

We soon realized that any available open source system would be able to give us exactly what we need and it became obvious that there was a gap in the market for such a product that would digitize custom financial workflows. That’s is when we decided to create Webmuch Financial Intelligence, created on a versatile online intelligence platform, and backed by the amazing Symfony2 framework, with all the basic financial management in place, our product takes only around 10 days to setup all the custom workflows of a process and be deployed and field ready in just about 15 days.

With custom entities & dashboards, this really is a tool providing completely custom and requisite business intelligence. It’s highly likely to be your financial managers best friend and a blessing for your financial business.

Although we’ll still need to be audited as a requirement, but since it holds the user activity we asked for makes up for all the accountability issues we had. This tool pretty much removes our need to get audited. Certainly makes life much easier. We got changes done after the project completion and it took only a 5 days to re-demo the system to us. Very impressed.Tara Projects Association
