Senior EA staff addressed gamers who are ‘disappointed’ with NBA Live 14, promising updates which will create “drastic and immediate improvements”. EA CEO Andrew Wilson aforementioned in a statement, “Plain and simple, we haven’t gotten the sort of early feedback we tend to had hoped for on this game.”
He went on further adding, “I do think we have built a strong foundation, so we’re speeding up the number of game updates to address your biggest problems in relation to the game, including improving the way the game guides the new gameplay controls.”
The executive also expressed apologies towards the gamers who had to bear a dissatisfying experience. “I’m not going to lie; it’s been a tough week. As you can imagine, this isn’t exactly the NBA LIVE comeback story we were hoping for this year,” he said following the negativity expressed by people towards the game. O’Brien goes on to vow enhancements to the game’s tutorials, in conjunction with “drastic and immediate improvements” to its graphics and animations via future updates.
“You’ll notice in the coming weeks and months that the game’s visuals and animation will improve drastically,” he further assured and promised.
