Looking from all aspects, EA may not be the Internet’s favourite company. However the inner environment seems quite friendly at the firm. The company recently scored a 100 percent for workplace equality and was named amongst the best places to work for LGBT Equality in the USA. The survey was done by the Human Rights Campaign. So, what does it actually mean to get a one hundred percent in this survey by the HRC? In keeping with the organization’s 2014 Company Equality Index, a corporation must: command discrimination based on sexual orientation, command discrimination based on personal identity or expression, supply partner health or medical insurance; have parity across different soft edges for partners, supply transgender-inclusive insurance coverage; have firm-wide structure ability programs, have an employer-supported worker resource cluster or firm-wide diversity council, and completely have interaction the external LGBT community.
This is the second year in row when EA has earned a cent-percent score in an HRC survey.
