David Moyes Knows That There Is No Room For Error In The Coming Fixtures

David Moyes admitted that Manchester United cannot afford to make any more errors in the upcoming games in the Premier League, after having dropped to ninth in the league. They are 12 points from the leaders of the table, Arsenal.

They lost 0-1 to Everton in the late-kickoff game on Wednesday. The loss to Everton means that Manchester United have collected only two points from their past three games. Moyes believes that they need an unbeaten streak of almost 10 matches to catch up with the table toppers.

Moyes insisted that the abusive chants from the Everton fan’s at Old Trafford. “We did not reach the standards which we wanted tonight. We need to play some great football and win a lot of games in thte run to make sure that we finish close to the top.

Bryan Oviedo scored for Everton. The left- back got a chance to play because Leighton Baines was injured. Roberto Martinez was immensely pleased with the performance of the young lad after having scored two goals in the past to Premier League games.

“I could not be prouder. This isn’t our best performance this season. We never felt inferior to Manchester United. We have an excellent blend of senior players with a lot of experience and young players with incredible talent and strength,” Said Martinez

United’s last loss in the premier league was against West Brom at home. They went down 2-1 against them. “I know Everton is a good side and they have good players. But, it is sore to lose against your old team. It is a disappointing result and we need to move on to the next game”, Moyes said.
