A number of great movies had released in 2013, so much so that it seems like an overdose. However, a few days into 2014, there are quite a lot of movies which is bound to excite the audience. David Fincher’s ‘Gone Girl’ is one such film. The first official still from the thriller has already been released by 20th Century Fox. Ben Affleck is leading the movie, and is loosely inspired from Gillian Flynn’s novel. The plot goes something like this:
‘Nick Dunne, moves back to his home in Carthage, Missouri to open a bar and suddenly, he is caught amidst a crime and is considered the prime suspect when his wife goes missing on their wedding anniversary.
The production has already attracted a lot of attention with Fincher using Red Dragon digital camera to get the perfect shot and the takes averages almost 50 per scene. The film also stars Kim Dickens, Patrick Fugit, Carrie Coon, Tyler Perry, Neil Patrick Harris and Emily Ratajkowski. The movie releases on the 3rd of October, 2014.
