Contactless Payments Increasing In US

Contactless payments in US have increased shockingly, crossing £45.2 million within 6.8 million purchases in the month of June itself. Over the last 12 months, the payments have been increased tagging along £6.65 in a year, says Visa Europe. Adding to that they say since December many contactless board public transport network. NFC cards and phones are used for contactless payments.

There are many retailers who accept contactless payments like McDonalds and Starbucks. Service providers from across Europe have reported that 51 million contactless payments were made and around £338 million have been consumed. Contactlees payment which are rapidly increasing in European countries have amounted to €1.5 billion. Generally member banks and payment service providers are in charge and control of the payment processor
