City To Keep Their Home Wins Alive – Zabaleta

Pablo Zabaleta, Defender of Manchester City spots a good chance of winning every game his team plays at the Etihad in the Premier League this season.

City did not disappoint their home audience and continued their winning streak to beat Liverpool 2-1 on boxing day. For which he finds no good reason for why City does not have the potential to sweep the season with a perfect record at Eastlands.

Zabaleta was spotted stating that: “Yes, of course, Whoever we play with , we aim the for game to be favoring our side. We have always felt confident and always want to show to the other teams that at the Etihad we are a very strong side.

“There’s always a first time for everything. We have to keep our working hard and be very focused on what we are upto. It doesn’t really matter for us, if we are playing home or away, we need to keep playing with the same intensity and when we play at our extremes, we can beat anyone.

“We are doing great this season with only one point behind top spot, occupied by Arsenal, There is still a long way to go and we cannot loose our grounds.

“We are going to play against the best teams in away games so it’s going to be very tough task”

It was Sunderland which won all there home games in the top flight when they claimed the First Division title of 1891-92.

However, It was also mentioned that, City captain Vincent Kompany is also more keen in keeping the club’s home run alive until the end of the season.

He justified it by stating “I hope we can win every home game, It’s incredible form to be in and incredible way to approach the New Year, but we need to maintain this. We have had good runs, especially at home, but this is something we need to carry on.”
