Game developer NetherRealm has confirmed that Batgirl will be a downloadable character for Injustice: Gods Among Us. The rumours regarding this started going around when the character was actually leaked on the Xbox Live store.
“Looks like the bat’s out of the bag,” NetherRealm said on Twitter. “Batgirl is a playable DLC character in Injustice. Catch her gameplay next week.” A picture of Batgirl’s DLC was also released. Lobo, the first DLC character, will be released on May 7. Currently, there are only four planned DLC characters.
