February 2013 has been a month in which a few huge games for the XBOX 360, PS3 and PC have been released. The reviews of all February released games has come and the top game releases of February are here.

EA’s Dead Space 3 is a third-person shooter video game, which was announced at the E3 in 2012 and was very recently released worldwide. Dead Space, the series has been a hit since the beginning and the reviews of the third part of the series, i.e. Dead Space 3 is also a hit worldwide.

Story: Isaac Clarke has crash-landed on Tau Volantis, a planet of ice. A place with the end of the Necromorph plaque. The survival of Isaac and the human race is dependent upon Isaac’s fight with the frozen planet.

There are two different game modes, Single Player and Co-op in which different and unique story modes are available.

The two new enemies that have been introduced in the game are The Nexus, which is a huge insect Necromorph and a Snowbeast, a gigantic monster.

METAL GEAR SOLID RISING : REVENGEANCE

This is Konami’s ninth game in the Metal Gear series. Metal Gear Rising : Revengeance was an announcement of 2009 but the game developers/producers dealt with certain problems, so it later got cancelled. However, later in 2011, the game stepped-up again with new producers Platinum Games.

Story: The story is based on Raiden, a cyborg ninja who is a fight with Desperado Enterprises, a private military company which is involved in terrorist attacks. A Prime Minister gets kidnapped by that PMC and it is Raiden’s duty to protect the president. The whole story of the action packed game is dependent upon this.

The sad part about this game is that it only has one game mode, i.e. single player. Most gamers expect a number of different modes to play in so the game is bigger, but sorry gamers, unfortunately that’s not happening with Revengeance.

Crysis 3

EA and Crytek’s Crysis 3 was released on February 19, 2013 for the PS3, XBOX 360 and PC. The Crysis series that runs on CryEngine 3 had announced the sequel of Crysis 2, i.e. Crysis 3 on April 14, 2012.

Story: “Players assume the role of Prophet as he returns to New York City; a vision of a catastrophic future driving him forward in his battle with both human and alien forces. Bound by his determination to avert disaster, Prophet discovers the corrupt Cell Corporation have encased the once-great metropolis in a vast Nanodome.”- as described by Crytek.

The game has an exciting multiplayer mode, so you can play the game with your friends. The single-player mode is there too of course, but Crytek didn’t tear down the hopes of gamers by putting the multiplayer mode in the game.

However, the game is being criticized by PC gamers as the game requires extremely high image qualities.
