There was a time when Microsoft was found to put together an app for YouTube for Phones having windows operating system. It was a great achievement of the company and was also convenient for the users. Users were able to freely download YouTube videos from the app. There was not an ad that could be found. However there was one entity amidst all theses who was pleased and that was Google itself. The reason being the features of YouTube did not adhere to its terms and conditional of service. Google also demanded the app to be removed at one point of time.

After a little back and forth, both the companies – Microsoft and Google finally came to an agreement. Both YouTube and Microsoft released a statement which affirmed that both the companies are planning to work together in order to craft a new app of YouTube for Windows Phone. It will be ultimately convenient because it will not fly in the face of YouTube and Google. The new was to come in order to enable a proper compliance with the terns of service of YouTube API. It also includes enabled ads in the following weeks.

It is expected that Microsoft will replace the existing app on its Microsoft phone with the old version. There are shocking news which came up when Microsoft was caught off-guard when the giant web search engine Google came known to make things right.
