Nintendo confirmed that Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D is releasing on the Nintendo 3DS on the 24th of May, 2013.
The previously developed game for Wii by Retro Studio was a success, however, the same game for the 3Ds will not be developed by Retro Studio.
The original game that was developed for Nintendo Wii was a big hit and sold over 5 million copies worldwide. We can now only hope that the new developers of the game do as well as Retro Studio.
