Olivia Wilde To Star In HBO’s New Show

After her stunning performance in House, Olivia Wilde got a big career boost which led to her talent being promoted at the big screens. Now it is been said that HBO is looking to hire her for a new, untilled rock ‘n’ roll pilot, which will see her  co-starring with Bobby Cannavale.

Cannavale is said to be playing Richie Finesta, a fouder of a fictional major called American Century which made huge success and sold millions in 1970s New York. Richie, however, suddenly deals with a crisis of conscience when he has to face a life-changing decision, which has an impact on his family life, including his wife Devon (Wilde), a former model and actress. Who sacrificed her partying days when she married to him, but heads back to them when her husband’s issues are bought.

It is not surprising if this project would get a lot of attention, because it boasts the creative team which includes creator/producer (and Wolf Of Wall Street writer) Terence Winter and one Martin Scorsese, who also had something to do with that Oscar-nominated film. and Mick Jagger, who has taken the position for the contribution as a producer.
It show is said to be directed by the Scorsese and will kick off shooting in the summer, and HBO further to give the project a momentum.
