Amazon Prime Instant Video Gets New Micramax License

A long time back, the Prime Instant Video of Amazon was trailed behind Netflix for the catalogue size and quality. But now, all the videos are available to any device compatible with Prime Instant Video because of Miramax licensing deal.

Amazon has updated Prime Instant Video with more contents to its library. It has bought hundreds of Miramax titles including a collection of award-winning films such as Pulp Fiction, Good Will Hunting, Life Is Beautiful and The English Patient, in addition to favorites like Kill Bill, Amélie, Reservoir Dogs and Trainspotting which are all atop IMDB’s Top 250 Movies of All Time, as chosen by IMDb users.

With the latest licensing deal with Miramax, Prime members will have instant access to these great titles and more, to stream on Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD, iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, Roku, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii and Wii U, among other connected TVs and devices-all at no additional cost.
